These downloads are in ZIP format.  To install simply extract the files and run setup.exe. If you do not have zip compatible decompression software then click here to download and install winzip.

After you download, install and run NotifyMe for the first time a demo file will be automatically loaded and activated showing you some examples of NotifyMe's functionality.  Your background image will be modified automatically.  Be re-assured that your desktop background still exists in the Windows Background options.  You will notice NotifyMe has made an entry of its own in the list of available pictures.  If you don't want any changes made when you run NotifyMe for the first time you can simply press 'Alt-Backspace' and all Notifications will be put into 'Stopped mode'.

NotifyMe Minimum System Requirements:
Operating System: XP, NT (98, ME, 2000, Vista Unsupported see below** )
Processor: P100 and above
Graphics: VGA minimum resolution of 800 x 600
Hard Disc Space: 7Mb
Peripherals: Keyboard, Mouse
Audio: Optional

NotifyThem Minimum System Requirements:
Operating System: XP, NT (98, ME, 2000, Vista Unsupported see below** )
Processor: P100 and above
Graphics: VGA minimum resolution of 800 x 600
Hard Disc Space: 12Mb+
Peripherals: Keyboard, Mouse
Network: Windows network, drive mapping, admin rights
Audio: Optional

** NotifyMe / NotifyThem will run under these Operating Systems, however functionality will be limited in many cases. The next release may support older operating systems depending on demand. Vista support is planned and underway.

To Uninstall NotifyMe / NotifyThem use your operating system's 'Add/Remove Programs' feature.
